Due the End of August

Well....we have truly been amazed over these last couple years how God has continued to provide for us.  He seems to constantly surprise us with things that exceed our expectations and we have learned to trust in Him even more.  And now, He's done it again.........we are excited to announce that He has decided to bless us with a little one....yes, that's right - WE ARE EXPECTING A BABY!!!!!  I'm pregnant!!!!  We are SO overjoyed!!

I left my pregnancy tests laying on the counter in the bathroom with this note for Kaleb to find....needless to say, he was pretty excited when he finally walked into the bathroom and found what was waiting for him :) :).

Our nephew, Stetson was the first person we told - he was a good secret keeper ;) haha.
He wasn't quite sure what to do with the information ;)
So, as in most things :), it looks like God had a different plan in mind than we did and we will be taking a new little team member with us to work with Lifelines in Maine.  I'm sure the little guy or gal will love it! :)  We still aren't sure when we will get there (whenever we reach 100% of our monthly support we can report) - but God has always provided for us and we know he will continue to and that we will get there in HIS timing!!  This journey has been pretty incredible so far and we are beyond words excited to have a little one on the way to join us in our adventures!! :)
Me with what little bump I have right now :).  Below is our little miracle!!  He or she was just kicking away when we had this ultrasound done - pretty much the coolest thing EVER to see! ;)
 "For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful, I know that full well."
Psalm 139:13-14

Back in AZ

And we're back!  We had such a great time in Georgia!  We are so grateful for the time God allowed us to be there and meet with people, to share/be with family, and for all that He showed us while there.  Thank you to all of you who kept us in your prayers while we were gone!  And for those of you that have been messaging us, meeting with us/calling us with so many wonderful words of encouragement!!  It means SO much!

The last few weeks we've been asked one question a lot and that is, "how long will you stay in Arizona?"  And it's a question that we still don't know the answer to, it truly is all in God's hands.  We have been praying about it for some time now and still have not felt a set time that we should leave.  There are still many people we would like to meet with here and so we will stay for a bit longer so that we can do that.  From there....we know God will lead us.  But as of right now, our answer is:  we don't know :)....it could be anywhere from a week to a few weeks.  We will definitely be keeping everyone updated.

Again, thank you to everyone who has been praying for us!  It has definitely been felt.  We are in awe nearly every week at how God continues to provide for us as well as the things He has been teaching us.  As usual, we are looking forward to what else He will continue to work in our hearts and our lives.  What an adventure it truly is when we live by faith! :)

"I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me."
Galatians 2:20

It's a new year!

Happy New Year everyone!!  We hope and pray that you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year! :)  We were so excited to be able to spend Christmas and the New Year with family!  What a blessing!  We have thoroughly enjoyed our time off this last week catching up, relaxing, and just having fun with family here in Georgia.

We never can all seem to get a "normal" pic together - but I think I like that :).  Me with all my sibs, having fun! :)

With the rest of our time here we will be working on some more support raising.  We are so thankful for this time we have been given here to meet with supporters and with others who have not yet had the opportunity to hear about where God is calling us.  If you think of us, please pray that while here He would continue to give us His wisdom and discernment and that He would continue to show us more of Him each day.  Thank you!  God is so good!  And we are so grateful for all He has been teaching us and showing us already!

Looking back on this year, there are so many things to be thankful for - we have seen God provide in some amazing ways!  Whether it was through increasing our financial support so that we can get closer to getting to Maine, providing a physical need, or taking care of us spiritually through His Word and others....His provision has always been there!  We are SO looking forward to what this next year will bring!!  Only God knows and it's all in His hands!  Thanks for sharing in this journey with us.....
